This is a 155 word The Flash drabble for the Numbers Challenge at
1_million_words ENJOY!!
It had been three days since DeVoe had taken Killer Frost from her and Caitlin was still in shock from the loss.
She’d begun to rely on the anti-heroine—Caitlin refused to think of Killer Frost as a villainess—for her strength and her courage, and once they’d begun exchanging notes, Caitlin came to enjoy Frost’s quirky, funny notes that never failed to brighten her day.
And while she was often left pondering Frost’s more cryptic missives, especially her epically sinister yet still somehow humorous Halloween sticky note that had been left infamously on the bathroom mirror: Discover the significance of six-six-four or else, Caitlin missed the strange little bond they’d developed.
For better or worse, Killer Frost had been Caitlin’s anchor, her partner in crime, the person she knew who could handle any and all situation and it would be a long time before Caitlin stopped missing the other woman’s presence in her life.
