One heck of an episode!
This was one of the best episodes this season. Ophelia Lovibond was outstanding as Kitty—when she realized that her rapist was in NYC and had targeted her again, her anger and fear was gut-wrenching to watch but so was her strength and intensity. I especially loved the scene where Kitty confronted Violet, the morally reprehensible sister of the main rapist suspect, with the single stick, her determination to beat the inforamtion out of the horrible woman written all over her face. Kitty didn’t like what she had to do, but she was bound and determined to get answers.
I also liked how worried and concerned both Joan and Sherlock were and their determination to keep Kitty safe was just beautiful to see. I can’t wait to see how this all gets resolved on next week’s epi.
