My favorite parent-child relationship: I loved the brief glimpse we had of the Chloe/Moira, mother/daughter bond in S6.
My favorite sibling relationship: I know they were cousins, but I adored the Chloe/Lois relationship--it felt more sisterly then Lois.Lucy and I believed those two girls loved each other.
My favorite family relationship (other): I liked the Martha and Clark, mother/son interactions--she gave her son a good talking to when he needed it, which was always :)
My favorite friendship between two people: Chloe and Clark were great friends, especially in S5 when she knew the secret and helped him be a superhero.
My favorite friendship between a group: I liked the Chloe, Clark, Pete interactions, especially in S1.
My favorite mentorship: I liked the idea of Lex's being the older brother to Clark's bumbling younger self,
My favorite rivalry: I loved Lionel/Lex's interactions, especially when Lex would fight against Lionel's evilness to hold onto his humanity.
My favorite hatred/antipathy: I kind of loved it when Lex realized that Helen had played him and she disappeared off the plane--did she jump? Who knows but remember, never cross a Luthor :)
My favorite potential relationship between characters who never talk in canon: You know I have to go with my beloved Chlex. So many missed opportunities for the show to explore two insanely smart and sexy people being their badass selves.

My favorite parent-child relationship: Keith and Veronica--they completely understood each other and Keith really was the only man she could trust :)
My favorite sibling relationship: I liked Duncan and Lilly--they had a believable bond.
My favorite family relationship (other): Logan and Lynn Echolls--he loved his mom and was protective of her--with Aaron as a husband, she needed someone in her corner.
My favorite friendship between two people: Wallace and Veronica were awesome together.
My favorite friendship between a group: I adored the Duncan/Veronica/Logan/Lilly awesomeness.
My favorite mentorship: Parker and Veronica encouraging Mac to give Bronson a chance was very cool.
My favorite rivalry: I sort of loved Jackie Cook trying to give Veronica a hard time and Veronica truly not giving a crap.
My favorite hatred/antipathy: I know we were supposed to like him, but I hated Piz.
My favorite potential relationship between characters who never talk in canon: I would love to have seen Logan and Mac have a brief fling--just because.

Meh, I really disliked Jackie vs Veronica - can't agree on everything ;)

But yes when it comes to Piz, I never liked the guy. Not his fault really but he buggered up the LoVe for too long and that's not cool with me!

My favorite parent-child relationship: technically not true parent/child, but I loved Giles and Buffy's father/daughter interactions.
My favorite sibling relationship: Xander turned out to be a good brother to both Buffy and Willow, once all the romantic angst went away
My favorite family relationship (other): Once Joyce learned about Buffy's being the slayer, she really became a good mom to her
My favorite friendship between two people: Willow and Buffy were awesome best friends
My favorite friendship between a group: loved the Scooby gang of Cordelia, Xander, Willow and Buffy
My favorite mentorship: Giles' mentoring Willow as she delved into magic and witchcraft was rather cool
My favorite rivalry: Buffy and Faith, two slayers but two completely different ways of doing things
My favorite hatred/antipathy: Three way tie between the useless and annoying Dawn, insipid Tara and dull witted Reilly
My favorite potential relationship between characters who never talk in canon: There was always something between Spike and Willow :)

This one is for Angel
My favorite parent-child relationship: Lorne acted like a dad while flirting with everyone he met :)
My favorite sibling relationship: Spike and Angel had that great sibling/fighting relationship
My favorite family relationship (other): Cordelia was pretty sisterly with Wesley and Gunn
My favorite friendship between two people: Wesley and Gunn had an awesome friendship that was ruined when Gunn got involved with Fred while Wesley had a crush on her
My favorite friendship between a group: I liked the Cordelia, Wesley and Gunn friendship and Fred's being added worked too
My favorite mentorship: I liked how Cordelia and Angel both looked out for Fred
My favorite rivalry: Lindsey and Angel
My favorite hatred/antipathy: Connor kind of annoyed me especially when he had sex with Cordelia--that was rather gross
My favorite potential relationship between characters who never talk in canon: I wanted Fred and Wesley to actually get together and it killed me when Illyria took Fred's body over--DAMN!!
