Squeeee all you want! You're going to have a blast! Where are you going in Ireland? If you go to Dublin, I highly recommend Leo Burdock's place for fish and chips- they're a chain but they're really good. But my favorite spot in Ireland was traveling the ring of Kerry- absolutely gorgeous!! Seamus and I always said that if we moved back to Ireland, that's where we'd love to get a house. Of course, I've already promised Dee that I'll move to Kent in England, so I guess that Irish cottage is just going to be a dream. The things I do for my friends! ;-)

Make sure Dee feeds you lots of Double Deckers and Tayto's crips, and have a WONDERFUL TIME!
