Why must my TV show annoy me?

Okay, the bright boys at CBS decide to move Elementary to Sunday night at 10pm.  Yes, that annoys the crap out of me because that means if a game/sporting event is running long, my dvr won't be able to record the whole program.  And that means I'll have to watch it On Demand but you can't always fast forward through commercials, so you have to just sit there waiting for the show to resume.  UUUGGGHHHHH!!!

when I had direct tv my dvr did that but I wouldn't go back for anything I hate on demand for same reason stupid commercials

Can you tell the DVR to record an extra hour?

I have a show that pretty much always gets bumped back, so with DISH, I can add as much extra time as I need to pad the end.

I am definitely going to have to start doing that, especially when there's some sort of game on. It's just such a pain in the neck!
