I didn't watch it but I've read enough posts to form a semi-coherent opinion :)

1.  I like the ambiguity of Chloe's future and who the heck she's married to because we can now all form our own opinions.  I'm of the idea that Chloe's secretly married to Lex Luthor and that their child loves comic books as much as his dad :):)

2.  The mind-wipe means that Lex has forgotten he was ever married to or  in love with or even slightly enamored with Miss Lana Lang.  That is the only thing I can be grateful for :):)

I love this theory, too. In fact, sarah (skauble) put it perfectly by positing that Chloe was reading her little Chlex baby a comic book to teach him about the alien bastard that was so mean to Daddy.

I mean, you've got to start them early if they're ever going to learn to grow up and take over Australia. *g*
