WIshes for Next Season's TV shows

If you had a magic wand to make all your wishes come true for next seasons’ television shows, what would you wish for?  Here is my list and in no particular order:

 1.  For Hawaii Five-0, I want to learn more of Danny's Newark PD days and I would love it if one of his old cases had ties to Hawaii and the team would learn more about their haole.   I also want resolution to Matt's story and his ties to a drug cartel and I’d like to meet more of the Williams clan.  I’d also like to see the return of the CIA agent and for Danny to get pulled into a case and have Steve freak out when Danny says it’s classified.

I'd like to see more of Grace spending time with her ohana--maybe they could all go surfing or just hanging at Steve's and I want the custody issue with Rachel resolved.

I want the Shelburne/Mama McG story to have depth and meaning with Steve really pulling out the angst and not instantly forgiving his mom.  And Mary needs to be a part of the story as well because it was her mom's death that lead to her dad upending all of their lives.

I hope Chin and Malia are happy together in S3 and we learn more about his character.  If the writers want to balance out Alex and Scott's screentime, then DDK is more then ready to take on a bigger role.

I also want to see more McDanno friendship moments--this season it felt like Steve was spending all of his time outside of work with Joe.
 
2.  For Person of Interest, I want Reese to get Finch back in one piece and for Amy Acker’s Root to be a recurring villain, sort of like a Moriarty to Finch’s Holmes.  I’d also like to see more of Reese and Paige Turco’s Zoey interacting.  And we need more of the crime-fighting duo of Carter and Fusco.

 3.  For The Mentalist, I just want to see more Choi being a badass, and if they want to give him a love interest, have her be of a higher caliber then a former hooker.

 4.  For Supernatural, it kind of freaks me out that the show has Purgatory being such a terrifying place--the writers are almost implying that it’s worse then hell.  That being said, I hope Dean and Castiel get out of there in one piece.  I wonder how Sam’s going to help or will he be too preoccupied with cleaning up after the Leviathans?  And I just hope Meg survives to see another day because I really liked Rachel Miner’s depiction of the character more then the original actress’ version.

 5.  For the two modern Sherlock Holmes shows, I am truly looking forward to Elementary because there can never be too many updated versions of Sherlock Holmes running around.  I like that it will be set in New York City, I like Johnny Lee Miller as Holmes and I especially like the idea of Dr. Watson being a woman and played by the excellently badass Lucy Liu.  And, I like that CBS will give us 22 episodes as opposed to only 3 from the BBC.  I’m also looking forward to the BBC’s Sherlock and John’s reaction to his best friend’s still being alive.  That will be a truly epic scene.
