Man, but some random weather weirdness has occurred today and I must share:

We got some snow late last night, into this morning, maybe about four inches, and it’s totally fine because it’s powdery and easily shoveled, but then we’ll be heading into this artic plunge of weather temps—the one weather person said that we will have eight straight days of below freezing temps and that is extremely unusual. Now I can deal with temps in the 20’s but when it’s 2 degrees out, that’s where I draw the line!

Now onto happier things:

How lovely and romantic that Benedict Cumberbatch got married on Valentine’s Day?! I also love that some of the invited guests were some of my favorite costars of his like, Keira Knightley and Martin Freeman and Tom Hiddleston was the best man—I love it!.

Brr, stay warm Mate. 8 days of freezing weather-I would go crazy-I hate the cold-LOL. We are expecting a low/ possible weak cyclone to cross the coast near us or possibly over us tomorrow - so lots of rain and flooding if it does. Still lots better than all that snow and cold weather you have been getting.

We will be fine- Houses here are built for cat 3 cyclones (Hurricanes) and this will just be a weak cat 1, if that, and as for flooding all the preparations are in place. Everyone has had a few days warning that its coming and are stocked up in case we all get cut off.
