I'm ignoring the Trump insanity and focusing on more important things like TV :):)
Supergirl: I think Kara and Mon-el are adorable together and would like to see their relationship deepen and I also love the Danvers sisters and need more scenes of them giggling together. The Maggie/Alex romance has developed very maturely but I don’t want any angst for them—just let them be happy for awhile. Don’t really care about James or The Guardian and I kind of want him written off the show.
The Flash: The Barry/Iris romance is very sweet and believable but now they have four months for TeamFlash to stop Iris’ getting killed and Caitlin’s turning into Killer Friost. It can be done :)
Elementary has, as usual, been outstanding this season, and I especially like the deepening of not only the Holmes/Watson friendship and partnership but their friendships with Captain Gregson, Det. Bell and even Shinwell. Nice :)
Things I’m not happy about:
God Damn La La Land winning awards and everyone acting as if Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling deseve this acclaim. They don’t. The songs are lame, the singing and dancing are mediocre and Ryan and Emma are playing themselves--How is this movie getting so many nominations and winning so many awards?! I hope that in years to come, people will finally be able to admit just how over-rated this lame movie really is.
