kitmerlot_1213First, I hope everyone is well and having a lovely Sunday. This September 2nd will be the five year anniversary of my dad's death and I think I've finally made peace with it, and I'm also past my anger at my dad's two younger brothers. That's progress I think.
Now onto the Randomness:
1. I'm seeing the musical Ain't Misbehavin' today at the Bucks County Playhouse and while I'm sure the show will be awesome, it is unbelievably humid out. We've been so lucky this summer with great weather, but I guess we couldn't escape indefinitely, so I'll be swimming through the air in New Hope :):)
2. Our big October trip this year has us going back to Great Britain and it's going to be awesome because we will be touring all over. We will be visiting: London, Cambridge, York, Edinburgh, Wales and Strattford upon Avon. I am extremely excited and looking forward to seeing more of the country itself. I'm also thrilled that we are going to be able to see more of London and we will also be attending the musical Spamalot in the West End. Again, I have to reiterate that I'm going to become obnoxiously excited as the trip gets closer, so be prepared for many posts :):)
3. We are going to try and see the movie Calvary tomorrow on Labor Day--the write up sounds very intriguing with a cool blend of Catholicism and a murder mystery. I like it :)
4. I need the Fall TV season to start soon. I am looking forward to watching H50 again, Sleepy Hollow, and I need to see how Elementary's going to handle Sherlock's joining MI-6 and there are a couple of new shows that look interesting: Gotham and Stalker to name a few.
5. It will soon be figure skating season again, and I'm looking forward to how this post-Olympic season's going to shake out.

Date: 2014-09-01 04:01 am (UTC)Awesome vacay plans! I'd love to go to GB, but I have no one to go with. :( The only time I've been overseas was with a high school Latin-club-goes-to-Italy. It was... an adventure. Heh.
I need new tv, too. Finally saw some Simpsons episodes I missed during my 07-12 world shut-out. But until this marathon started, summer tv has been a snore for me. (Well, there's been Project Runway, but that's perhaps the only thing.)
