My dear friends, there are two things I need to get off my chest.
1. Trump needs to shut the hell up about how the London mayor is handling the terror attacks. The British people are smarter and tougher then he gives them credit for and he needs to stop criticizing their actions. The people in city—heck the entire United Kingdom--has gone through worse and they not only survived but are even stronger then he can imagine.
2. the Bill Cosby trial: I live in Bucks County, PA which is about twenty miles from Norristown which is where the Cosby trial is unfolding and please do not take this as victim blaming but I have to ask: would you take pills of unknown origin from someone? I know there were women who were unknowingly drugged, but why would anyone take random pills handed to them?

Date: 2017-06-06 07:51 pm (UTC)2. People who are addicts aren't particularly discerning. A "brought guest"/friend of a friend tried to buy regular pain killers from me last new years eve. I let them take half a bottle of (not very good) liquor with them, on the condition that they left. I tried to be discrete about it, but it was very awkward, as this was not a late or drinking party and the rest of the guests were parents with kids. I feel sad for them: what a bleak focus to have on new years eve.
