Just like the subject line said, OH MAN!

I have a new boss at work John, or as he insists on referring to himself, Johnny, and he's insane.

He told me to research how to change unit numbers for three specific vehicles--I had to call the DMV's for the specific states the vehicles were titled and registered in.  Now it turns out that I only had to call South Carolina and Pennsylvania and SC is always a breeze because the DMV employees are extremely competent.  PA, even though it's my home state, is a nightmare.  I was on the phone with PennDOT for over 10 minutes and they still have to call me back because they didn't know the answer.

Now, I tell John this--I will not call a grown man "Johnny"--and he tells me, "I already have the answer to PA, I just needed to know SC."

WTF??!!  That would have been nice to know before I wasted over 10 minutes of my  time on the phone, jackass!

I think it helps that HE's rather odd :)

Seriously, I don't think he quite knows how to deal with people because he has a very abrupt way of talking and he has next to no ability to joke. Unless it's some weirdass joke he's come up with.

So, I'm still trying to figure this all out :)

There is nothing worse than someone wasting your time. And if you're like me there is no worse waste of time than sitting on hold.

Maybe you'll get used to his quirks?

I think I might also have to start asking a lot of questions just to make sure I know exactly what's going on.
