The Emmys--it's about DAMN time!

kitmerlot_1213I loved Seth Myers slam in his opening monologue about the Emmys being on network television where only cable and Netflix shows were getting nominated--AWESOME!
How thrilled am I that Stephen Moffat won the award for writing for the Sherlock episode His Last Vow? And I loved that he made sure to mention that Mark Gatiss should be up there with him getting the Emmy--very cool. I'm also beyond thrilled that not only did Martin Freeman win Best Supporting Actor for Sherlock but Benedict Cumberbatch won for Best Actor--WOO HOO!! Unfortunately, they weren't there to accept their awards and deliver witty and hysterically funny speeches :) Congratulations but DAMN!!
